Local, Ethical and Sustainable
We are an Indian / British fusion restaurant based out of East to East in West Coker, Somerset. We use as many locally and ethically sourced products and produce as we can in our cooking.
Our meat comes from local butchers in West Coker and Crewkerne as well as directly from producers such as Goose Slade Farm (under 3 miles away in East Coker). We aim to support a network of other local small businesses in the same way.
Where we do have to import or travel to London for specific items (such as spices, Indian vegetables and our Tiffins) we offset some of our food miles and carbon footprint by donating money to our ‘Tiffins for Trees’ Initiative through every meal we sell.
